Some much needed R and R with my Kid

Just got back from Washington D.C, and i am so glad to be back home in Mennesota, but i feel bad because i have been away for so long from my daughter, so i decided to spend the whole day with her, and boy it was fun, i could tell just by looking at her eyes that she miss me.

My God What a day.

Today the temperature in Minnesota is almost 95 degrees, Minnesota always have extreme temperatures, when it is winter, below zero temperatures for days in a row is not uncommon, and when its summer its humid and hot, but i am not going to let the heat and humidity ruin my mood, for next week i get to visit my brother who lives in Washington D.C, i can't wait to see the nation capital again, I tell you, being in DC is a very Humbling experience, some of the sites i knew instantly from books, magazines and even movies, there is no other city like this in the world, Washington D.C is truly one of a kind.

Minnesota a home away from home.

I have been in the U.S since the winter of 99, i must admit coming from a warm climate such as ours in Liberia, i thought i would never adjust to the change in weather, but as time went by i grew to love the friendly people, the myjestic seasons, the diverse and very lay back nature of the state of minnesota, and ever since than it has been home for me.
