Democrats and Liberals have to now make the choice of whether they want to remain the majority in congress or have the Tea party and the racist radical right wingers take control of congress.
All over the media we are hearing Democrats are afraid, they might lose the majority because they supported issues such as Universal Health care and stimulus spending.
Democrats have nothing to be ashamed of, How is fighting for the poor a bad thing? stop acting like pussies and start fighting back harder against those racist, hateful and ignorant fools in the tea party.
The Democratic party is the party of the poor and the working class, grow some balls and continue fighting, you have nothing whatsoever to be afraid or ashamed about.

Round One the U.S Constitution...........................

A U.S. judge in Arizona has put key parts of the border state's tough new immigration law on hold before it was due to come into effect on Thursday.

The U.S. Justice Department had argued provisions of the law encroached on federal authority over immigration policy and enforcement.

Arizona's Republican Governor Jan Brewer said the state plans to file an expedited appeal with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit seeking to lift the injunction against the immigration law.

The appeals court, based in San Francisco, could consider whether to lift the injunction and let the full law go into effect or request legal briefs and arguments from both sides before ruling on Arizona's request.

While we celebrate and savor this little victory yesterday, we must still not let Arizona off the hook until the racist law SB70 is finally struck down, Abraham Lincoln one of the most beloved President of the United States once said “Don't interfere with anything in the Constitution, That must be maintained, for it is the only safeguard of our liberties,Those who deny freedom to others deserve it not for themselves.”

Every sane American know that law is a racist law, written by hateful and racist people, and it will never stand in a any court. we must continue our fight, and continue to boycott Arizona, we must ensured that the Klan and their friends in the Tea party never succeed in Arizona.

The Tea party-controlled state legislature passed the law three months ago to try to drive nearly half a million illegal immigrants out of Arizona, and stem the flow of human and drug smugglers over the border from Mexico

As Bp continues to struggle to stop the massive oil spill in the gulf, it is remarkable how the loonies and wackos in the republican party suddenly want the federal Government help.
All along the Gulf Coast, where the tea party thrives and "socialism" is a common description for any government program, conservatives who usually denounce federal activism suddenly are clamoring for it.

I hope the mess in the gulf will be a lesson for those who wants to drill baby drill.

These wackos like Sarah Palin who famously once proclaim drill baby drill and supports less government, and big oil companies in their resolve to drill any and every where in the United States, are suddenly recognizing the importance of the federal government.

These hypocrites and their pals in big business and big oil companies are to blame for the disaster in the gulf, they want to be taxed less, they want government to stop regulating big business, and when something happens they want government to step in and fix it. you can't have it both way you wackos.
